LavaEgg Scheduler, operated by LAVA EGG LLC. Effective September 26, 2026. Last updated September 26, 2026.
Agreement
These terms are between you and LAVA EGG LLC for use of LavaEgg Scheduler. By using the website, an owner workspace, or a public booking page, you agree to these terms. Ticking the optional text-message box is a separate choice and is not required to book.
The service
LavaEgg Scheduler lets an authorized business offer appointments, and lets LAVA EGG LLC offer Tap4Tables rentals, through scheduling software. LAVA EGG LLC operates the software. A client business does not send text messages and is not the operator of LavaEgg Scheduler.
Accounts and workspaces
Owner features require a LavaEgg account and permission for a specific project. Access is checked again before a workspace loads. You are responsible for activity under an account you control and for keeping the sign-in method secure.
Bookings
When you book with a business that uses LavaEgg Scheduler, the appointment is with that business. LavaEgg Scheduler provides the scheduling software and, if you opt in, the booking texts. Tap4Tables rentals are offered by LAVA EGG LLC. Texts about those rentals are still sent by LavaEgg Scheduler, begin with "LavaEgg Scheduler:", and refer to your Tap4Tables rental. They are not sent as "Tap4Tables:".
A time shown on a booking page can still be taken before the booking is confirmed. The business, or LAVA EGG LLC for a Tap4Tables rental, is responsible for performing the appointment or rental itself.
LavaEgg Scheduler Booking Texts
By ticking the optional text-message box when you book, you agree to receive automated booking text messages from LavaEgg Scheduler (LAVA EGG LLC) about your booking with the business named in the message: confirmations, reminders, and changes or cancellations. No marketing messages are sent. Message frequency varies, usually 2-4 messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; because all LavaEgg Scheduler texts come from one number, STOP ends texts about bookings with every business that uses LavaEgg Scheduler. Reply START to resubscribe, or HELP for help. Support: support@lavaegg.com or https://lavaeggscheduler.com/help. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to texts is not a condition of booking. See our Privacy Policy at https://lavaeggscheduler.com/legal/privacy.html.
Reply START or UNSTOP to undo a STOP. Msg & data rates may apply. The checkbox is unchecked until you tick it, and a booking still works if you leave it unchecked. The words next to that checkbox, for both the Scheduler booking form and Tap4Tables checkout, are shown at https://lavaeggscheduler.com/sms-opt-in.html.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse LavaEgg Scheduler. That includes attempting to open a project you are not allowed to use, interfering with the service, or submitting unlawful content through a booking form. We may refuse or cancel a booking request that does not follow these terms or the rules of the business you are booking with.
Intellectual property
LAVA EGG LLC owns LavaEgg Scheduler, including the software and this website. LavaEgg Scheduler is the name of that software, operated by LAVA EGG LLC. Businesses that use the software keep their own names, marks, and customer relationships. Those names appearing in a booking or a text do not mean the business operates LavaEgg Scheduler or sends the text.
Disclaimers
LavaEgg Scheduler is provided as available. Appointments and rentals depend on the business that offers them, on the details submitted in the booking, and on systems outside the software, including mobile carriers. To the extent the law allows, LAVA EGG LLC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, LAVA EGG LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for delayed or undelivered text messages. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version at this URL and changing the effective date above. The text-message checkbox links to the booking-text section of this page. Continued use of LavaEgg Scheduler after an update means you accept the updated terms. A text-message opt-in you already gave is described by the disclosure version stored with that booking.
